John Bianco, the founder of Sentinel Homewatch, has always been driven by a passion for creating solutions that matter. With an entrepreneurial spirit and extensive experience in the trades and real estate development, he saw an opportunity to fill a critical need in the community. Recognizing the growing demand for dependable home watch services, he set out to build a business rooted in trust, professionalism, and excellence—qualities that have defined his career.
Originally from the Northeast, John spent several years on the West Coast developing commercial real estate before choosing to settle in Southwest Florida. He and his wife, who have been happily married for nearly 20 years, share deep ties to the area. They met here, started their family here, and are raising their teenage daughter in the vibrant Southwest Florida community. John worked for a local faith-based non-profit organization for five years in addition to volunteering his time helping homeless and needy families. With family, friends, and an abundance of connections in the region, John understands what it means to care for a home and a community.
